CaseMaster®:Debt is our acclaimed case management solution for debt managers and adjusters. It is designed to manage debt management programmes, cost effectively and in compliance with industry guidelines.
CaseMaster®:Debt will manage your clients from first contact to the final settlement. It will automate common tasks allowing staff to focus onadding value to the business. CaseMaster®:Debt will also manage workflow so dates are never missed, as well as reporting, automatic creditor proposals, full & final management, Direct Debt support, pro-rata calculations including all common creditor rules such as minimal accepted offers, county court judgements and priority debts, introducers and client portals, etc.
CaseMaster®:Loans, our solution for loan and mortgage brokers, combines all of the benefits of CaseMaster with a system designed to optimise the processing of loan and mortgage applications.
CaseMaster®:Loans offers many functions to help streamline your business, some of which are: pre-sourcing, support for regulated and unregulated deals, administration of costs of sales and all commission components, managing cooling-off periods, introducer portals, generation of all standard letters including FSA required letters such as ‘Reasons of Recommendation’ etc.
The solution can be used as a ‘stand alone’ solution or can be integrated with our CaseMaster®:Debt solution for Debt Managers so you can offer a complete range of debt resolution services to your clients.
Sales Force Management
Our CaseMaster®:Sales module can be used ‘stand alone’ or integrated with other CaseMaster® solutions. It is designed to streamline the sales and marketing process and ensure that ‘leads are worked’. Some of the functions which enable CaseMaster®:Sales to do this include: upload of electronic leads, support for lead-driven outbound call centre, support for e-mail, SMS and letter campaigns, automatic ‘chasing’ of leads, extensive management on sales lead and call advisor performance, etc.
Our CaseMaster®:Tasks module is specifically designed to manage high-volumes of multi-channel environments. For example: law firms, service desks and insurance companies where requests come in through different channels ( phone, letter, faxes and emails) and need to be channelled to appropriate specialists.
CaseMaster®: Tasks ensure that the service of your organisation does not depend on individuals, that personal email inboxes are not storage compartments of missed opportunities and that you service is provided according to your service level agreements.
