This solid foundation enabled our company, through organic growth, to become a Limited Company in 1981 and by the mid 1990’s, Baggaley and Jenkins Limited achieve multi-million pound turnover becoming a well respected construction provider to local authorities, housing associations and the commercial sector. Today, having just celebrated 32 years in business, the Company directly employs over 350 tradespersons, professionals and administrative staff with an annual turnover in excess of £28 million. With our partnering sub contractors, trainees and highly successful apprenticeship programme, our staff base can exceed 500 highly motivated representatives.
The social housing market, particularly the refurbishing of occupied tenanted properties, requires a unique skill base of specialist trades people with technical and interpersonal experience.
