Enterprise coaching is available to help local people to realise their full potential.

Coaching is available to help people in the local communities that have a passion they want to pursue that may ultimately lead to the creation of a business. 

This benefits both the individual and the local community through the generation of wealth and, potentially, jobs.

Central to the programme is the Enterprise Coach who works in the heart of the local community, providing free, confidential and professional business advice to local people on a ‘one-to-one’ basis.

The service is client-led with the Enterprise coach responding to customer needs to help them reach their full potential. The consultation process may or may not lead to the creation of a business.They are supported by a panel of local people whose background, expertise and local know-how brings a further level of support to clients.

Enterprise Coaches operate in clearly defined communities as follows:

• Sutton in Ashfield
• Kirkby in Ashfield and Hucknall
• Shirebrook
• South Normanton and Pinxton
• Warsop
• Mansfield Woodhouse
