The 'Leaders First' programme gives strategic decision makers within an organisation, the opportunity to develop valuable strategic skills to drive their business forward.

Make sure you don't miss out on the opportunity to gain funding towards training and development for a key decision maker in your organisation.

Who can apply?
Applications are welcome from business, public sector and charitable organisations with between 5 to 249* employees. Funding is made available for the development of a senior manager or key decision maker.

How much funding is available?
One grant is available per organisation of up to a maximum of £1,000.
