NHS Dentists in Cresswell
Dentist Franklin D’Sa felt very daunted at the prospect of presenting his ideas for a new NHS Dental Practice in Creswell to the Derbyshire Primary Care Trust (PCT).
Having been successful in the first stage of tendering for new PCT contracts, he had been invited to present his proposals in person to the selection panel.
Business adviser David Heathcote helped Franklin break down the PCT requirements to ensure he had a response to all the questions that were likely to be raised.
David also helped identify the dental practice’s unique selling point – their Eastwood practice is 98% NHS - something Franklin and his partners feel very passionately about. “We have stayed with the NHS when many other practices decided to go private and we wanted to run the same model in the new Creswell practice.

Franklin and his partners won the contract and David has continued to support the new practice He has been working with Umesh Verma to get the new practice off the ground providing advice and contacts to get building works completed.
“We also needed to market the new practice to potential patients and David helped us identify potential places where we promote the practice and the job vacancies that we need to fill,“ said Umesh.
