LEO support for three more
incubation centres
Three more incubation centres, designed and developed with LEO support, are now available to provide premises for new businesses.
The first, “the business place”at Park Road, Mansfield Woodhouse opened its doors in February. A striking new building, it provides hassle-free and cost-effective office and workshop accommodation to local entrepreneurs and fledgling businesses.
April will see the opening of the Tibshelf Enterprise Centre. The former public swimming baths has been subject to major redevelopment to help create a vibrant business community by offering workspace for small businesses close to the M1.
Another centre at Langford Road, Mansfield, will open later in the Spring. Work on the former retail and residential site is well under way and once completed the Neighbourhood Incubation Centre will offer 13 offices and 1 workshop right in the heart of the community.
Office and workshop space is available in various sizes throughout the three districts. Suitable for between one and five people, the units have been part-funded by LEO to provide high quality workspace with access to all the facilities a new or developing business will need. Some units come fully furnished and include PC, phone, broadband and access to a photocopier.
All the units are offered at competitive rates and are on easy-in / easy-out terms to minimise bureaucracy. Free professional business support and advice is also available to all tenants.
Anyone interested in finding out more about leasing one of the incubation units should call 01623 457008. For a full list of the units available please visit www.leobusiness.org
