LEO is funding two major business property initiatives.

Both are happening across the districts of Ashfield, Mansfield and Bolsover.

The first is called “Property Ladder” and is designed to provide fully-equipped ‘incubation’ offices and workshops for start-up and small businesses.  The principle is to provide good quality working space for fledgling businesses at reasonable rents and on an easy-in/easy-out basis.

The second is “Business Realm” – a scheme to improve the visual appearance of some of the existing business parks and industrial estates across the district and help the reduction of crime and vandalism through the installation of measures such as CCTV.
